Can I use my international driver's license?
Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required in the State of Connecticut.
What are your age requirements?
You have to be at least 21 years of age.

Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers within the local area.
Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
No, we don't provide these services.
Do you pick up at the airports?
No, we don't pick up from the airport & deliver to the airport.
Do you deliver at the hotels?
We will pick you up and bring you to our office.
Method of payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We require a credit card or VISA/MASTERCARD Debit card.
If you have a debit card it must be one that was
issued by a local bank. We do not accept cash deposits,
money orders or checks.
Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?
All info (driver's license, credit card and insurance must be in the renter/driver's name.

What type of cars do you have?
We rent compact, mid size and full size cars as well
as minivans,SUV's and convertibles.
Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?
No, all our vehicles come equipped with automatic transmission.
Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.
Accessories
Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a CD player, DVD Sienna and Sequoias only, and GPS portable units.
Additional drivers
Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Added driver's are limited to the renter's spouse
and family members who are at least 25 years
of age.
Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you.
Out of state travel
Can I drive out-of-state?
Vehicles may be taken out of the state of Ct., but travel is limited to the Eastern U.S.

If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer.
Smoking
Is smoking permitted in your vehicles?
No,all of our vehicles are non smoking. If someone smokes in the car,the renter will be charged a cleanup fee of $150.00 Each cigarette burn will cost the renter $250.00 to repair.

Ater hours drop off
Can I drop off the vehicle after hours?
Vehicles may be dropped off after hours. Details will be provided by our counter representative at the time of pick up.
Reservation Deposits
Do you guarantee your reservations?
We only take guaranteed reservations. We never overbook. In return for this guarantee we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 on your credit card or Visa/MC bank issued debit card. The deposit is applied to the cost of your rental bill. However, should you cancel at anytime, you lose your deposit. We advise our customers to only make a reservation if they are sure of their travel plans. A representative from our office will call you after you submit your online reservation to discuss this further..
